Rates do not include 13% occupancy tax (15% for Lost Colony properties) or housekeeping fees.

 Deposits:  We require that the first night be prepaid by check, cash or major credit card.  Deposit must be received 7 days after booking reservation.  Some restrictions apply.  Monthly rentals require a $500.00 deposit.

 Cancellation:  Guest must cancel 10 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund less $30 fee.  Any cancellation received within the 10 days of arrival will result of in the loss of entire deposit.  Monthly renters must cancel 60 days prior to arrival for refund less $100 fee.  Any cancellation received after the 60 days will result of in the loss of entire deposit.

Pets:  Rental properties that are Pet Friendly require an additional $350.00 pet deposit due upon check in.

 There are no refunds for early departures.  Guests must be 25 or older to register, stay and pay.  Guests paying without a credit card must leave cash deposit for damages.  We do not provide daily maid service please bring your own beach towels, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries.  We do not accept checks upon arrival - only cash, credit card or money orders.
