The house is fully applianced with an outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is a large wooden deck and barbeque grill outside. A generous portion of the yard is fenced. Pets are allowed! The house is nonsmoking, please. In a downstairs laundry room are a washer and dryer.
